- This stadium has an infrastructure area of 5000 square meters (the area beneath the platforms) and ethnicity and cultural factors were noticed in its design. Different spaces in this design include areas for athletes, reporters, administrative offices, gathering halls, dining spaces, changing rooms for athletes, coaches, doping (performance enhancing drugs) test labs, utility and communication areas. The spectator’s platforms were pre-constructed to shorten the time of construction. There are 100 outdoor and 100 indoor parking spaces in this complex.
