The project is designed as 4 connected blocks of educational buildings. Three blocks include Humanities, Energy and Environment, Nautical and Maritime Sciences and Basic Sciences Colleges. The fourth block is designed as a multipurpose free space. The amphitheater, the dining hall and the prayers room are designed as individual constructions which also act as connectors between these 4 blocks and are shared by all colleges.
