The renovation plan of Abbasabad lands is actually the revision of Pahlavi City Master Plan which is studied and planned again due to ownership changes and final acquisition of the land to make developments and establishment of Imam Khomeini Grand Prayer Grounds (Mossalla).
Abbasabad lands master plan is done to solve the current problems in Tehran and to meet the need for office spaces on a national scale considering the importance of a central open green space for the city of Tehran adhering to the low levels of foot print in buildings.
Within the framework of the client’s requirements while maintaining green spaces and cultural areas, there are office buildings on a national scale in Tehran and business units considered in the master plan of the land.
