“Old Tehran” is a commercial-recreational-tourism development which is designed using social concepts of old Tehran urban space during 1960s.
The development consists of three parts: commercial area at 38,184 square meters in three floors, cultural complex with an area of approximately 4,500 square meters in three floors, and tourism area including a 5-star hotel at approximate area of 22,630 square meters in seven stories. The north-south road of the development is inspired by urban space concepts of 1960s (mainly Lalehzar Avenue and Toopkhaneh Square); yet it’s designed in a manner to meet the modern needs of its users/clients, to promote the cultural level of the region, and to preserve the old historical values. |
