- Vanak Shopping and Business Center is located in Valiasr Street near Vanak Square. The project’s plot area is about 1900 m2 and the built-up area exceeds 25000 m2.
The center consists of a podium with three stories (plus a mezzanine) of a shopping gallery and a glass office tower with leasable and sellable offices. A clear floor level between the gallery and the tower provides a roof terrace with some cafés and a restaurant. There are seven basement levels too; the first basement is connected to the ground floor shops and the other 6 levels provide semi-automatic parking for both staff and visitors.
