The complex consists of two high-rise buildings and a number of shorter buildings designed for commercial- administrative use, community halls and business environment.
A four-storey parking area is designed under the building for ease of use and comfort of owners and visitors. The car park is linked to the upper floors by a number of elevators.
The complex is presently equipped with air conditioning and other modern systems and will be furnished by BMS to improve the quality and control the energy efficiency.
