This is the first plot plan for Parand New Town which is located in short distance from Robat Karim in south of Tehran.
The site land spreads west of Imam Khomeini International Airport, west of Tehran-Saveh highway, and in the vicinity of the stone caravanserai and Shoor River. The first plot plan deals with the eastern limits of the town.
