The project site is located within an area east of Kan watercourse between Imamzadeh Davoud Bridge and Tehran – Karaj Expressway.
It is adjacent to Kan gardens in north of Resalat Highway and has been physically affected a lot by these gardens. In the south of Resalat Highway, the project site is adjacent to Eram Park, Elham Park, and the formerly named Shahr-e-Sang commercial-residential-office complex. This recreational and tourism complex contains health tourism zone including residential & therapeutic areas, hydrotherapy, movement therapy and alternative medicine; reception areas run by Iranian ethnic groups offering food products, handicrafts, music, tourism attractions; prayer room; Seemorgh fabric structure; musical & entertainment ponds; special green spaces; solar canopies; and other related spaces. The remarkable thing in this collection is the use of solar lighting and renewable energy. Also, the garden of statues, the botanical garden and the ledge waterfall are of particular importance. Stretched from Imamzadeh Davoud Bridge to Tehran – Karaj Expressway, the project length is 8.5km using solar energy to provide 100 kilowatts of lighting. |
