DESCRIPTION

Employer: Persian Gulf University
place: Bushehr
The engineering and technical Persian Gulf college in Boushehr has an area of 33000 square meters and it is an educational building. The 3 main parts of this building are the educational, laboratory and administrative buildings. These are separate both in mass and height.
The administrative building is comprised of three stories and the educational and laboratory buildings each have 5 stories. Regarding the limited land space for this project the design is mostly vertical. In the architectural design of this complex the ethnicity of the province was taken into account and all windows are design in shades and are 2 layered. Generally the design is based upon shades and the movement of the wind which are the main design elements of the province. The facade of the building, similar to many traditional buildings of the province, is made out of cement with a layer of SKK and bricks. The color choices are khaki and white. The keeping of the green area around the buildings has helped shape and locate the structures to a great extent
