In 1997, based on a comprehensive plan prepared by Atec Consultants, Ports & Marine Administration of Guilan Province launched a long-term infrastructure and surrounding development plan to reach the world standards. Being present in the area for more than a decade as the leading consultant of land projects, Atec has carried out the studies, designing, and supervision services for different projects originated from comprehensive and development plan including: container and transit warehouses, landscape and infrastructure, power distribution posts, pedestrian bridges, fuel transfer lines, guards and customs buildings, sea guard patrol towers, water tanks, sea and land equipment repair building, fire station, and access freeways.
