This building has 9 floors above the ground and an area of 1200 square meters on each floor.
The design was the first winner of Fire Station’s headquarter design competition. The aim of the design was to create a distinctive architecture in urban and city planning and designing, giving the impression of consistency and safety, implementing today’s technology and materials. Precisely following the rules and regulations of construction since the building is of great importance security wise. The flexibility of interior spaces and the design of its furniture regarding to the security of the building at emergency situations. Implementation of water in the design as an outstanding element in Iranian culture and as a symbol of the water versus fire.
