- The Residential-Commercial Complex of Shahid Hasheminejhad Ave., Mashhad, is situated in a land at the area of 2028 square meters.
The total built-up area of the complex is approximately 24,000 m² different functions as follows: 4,000 m² commercial use, 2,000 m² banquet hall, and about 12,000 m² residential units (apartment hotel).
Considering the commercial use of the complex and in order to attract a larger audience, creating an iconic mass has been of basic principles of mass design in the project.
Of other significant issues affecting the design of spaces and mass of the project is the direction and axis towards the shrine of Imam Reza.
