The Jihad Keshavarzi administrative buildings complex in Hamedan is constructed with a substructure of 5000 square meters and on a land area of 3600 square meters and is located in the south of Hamedan. The location of this complex best suits the area and routes around and the main entrance is in the best position possible. It is also in the best position to get enough sunlight, preferred amount of wind and also to take advantage of the region’s climate.
The main structure comprises of two independent rectangular shaped wings which are connected through a middle part.
The building is 5 stories high including the ground floor and an underground story. The height of the building is 20 meters from the ground. The underground floor is comprised of main shared spaces, recreational and support centers. The ground floor includes an entrance hall and also the central unit and the communication center among other floor.
The first, second and third floors include authoritative units which include administrative and office units. On the fourth floor there is the executive deputy and technical center and also the managing department.
The facade of the building is designed with windows and metal on 3 sides and the facade that holds the entrance is designed with Granite stone. To protect the windows from too much sunlight, row shaped shades were design to prevent unwanted heat and excessive sunlight
