In a limited competition held between 10 interior design consultants to design the central/headquarter building of Bank Mellat the design by Atec Consultants was selected as the winner/the first place. The Client asked for a unique design to indicate the professional identity of Bank Mellat. Significant features of the project are as follows: • Spinning the floors to coordinate with the intersection in lower levels and direction of Taleghani Avenue in higher levels • Using the motif of the bank’s logo in abstract on the façade of the building • Providing atrium and central void to establish the linkage / relationship between office levels and seeing terrace gardens in the floors.
