- During the implementation of huge oil projects in Assalouye, the issue of settlement of the staff arose and provision of residential, welfare, service and office buildings assumed significance which resulted in a 2500-unit residential project in Jam mountain area at 650m height of north Assalouye in adjacency to Jam City. The project covers an area of 160 ha with the built-up area of 450,000 sqm consisting of residential, commercial, services, educational, and religious functions. The project includes 2500 residential units half of which is complete and already in use and the rest is in its final stages. In the design, the focus has always been on providing neighborhood spaces, pedestrian routes, and spaces for urban welfare and services
