The Research Center of Ministry of Power is located in North West of Tehran in an area of around 10 ha between Yadgar Emam Freeway and West Pounak. The first project designed and implemented in the south part of the land is an office building which is connected to the amphitheater, restaurant and laboratory through a central yard. The eastern part of the complex is dedicated to semi-industrial functions (labs). Main buildings of the complex are: office building, amphitheater, restaurant, a smaller office building, education building, guesthouse, and a series of laboratories (ancillary labs, high voltage lab, power generator, and synthetic lab). Other elements designed by Atec are: the entrance gate of the complex and a connecting bridge between the education building and the guesthouse.
