- Padideh Shandiz” Multifunctional Tourism Complex is the largest of its kind in the country. The development consists of a shopping mall at approximately 500,000 m² built-up area, water park, two office towers, convention hall, residential units called medium-height serviced apartments and a twin tower containing a 5-star luxury hotel and serviced apartments. At a height of over 160 meters above the ground, the towers are highest residential buildings in Iran. Concept and preliminary designs have been accomplished by ATKINS of England and a considerable portion of detailed design is carried out by ATEC Consultants who provided landscaping and interior design as well.
