- The basis of the design is an outstanding structure in urban terms and a means to unity among function and form. Attention to the connection of the green spaces and public and private spaces as one of the main elements in Iranian architecture. Attention to the accordance of the routes both visible and out of sight with those outside and adjacent to the building. Based on the features stated above the considered structure for this building is comprised of two rectangular buildings which include all main functionalities of the complex. Stretching west and east bound and by utilizing different heights the amount of light entering the building is provided. The linking point of these two structures is an oval shaped central building which includes restaurants, cafes and galleries, as the most important public facilities of this complex. On the ground floor the negative spaces in this shape, forms a central space comprised of a yard and a covered public area which acts as a protector from unpleasing weather conditions
