- Aseman Residential Complex is designed in a land at approximate area of 8.5 acres and built-up area of about 110,000 m². The client of the project is Aseman-e-Lian Housing Cooperative (the Housing Co-op of the Staff of Shahid Yassini Sixth Hunter Air Base).
The complex is designed to provide 600 residential units of 100 to 240 square meters in various types to meet the different residential needs of the Cooperative members.
Features of the design:
– Provides per capita public, green and servicing space not only in the scale of the project but also in the scale of the region to contribute to the welfare of the inhabitants of the neighboring urban area.
– Is properly orientated to allow the air current to mitigate the hot and humid climate of Bushehr.
– Observes the hierarchy and integration of spaces from public, semi-public, semi-private, and private spaces.
– Provides the units with appropriate view to the surrounding environment and the sea and also to the public and semi-public spaces in order to guarantee the security of the spaces.
