Mercantile exchange building’s design contract is entered into by and between Iran Mercantile Exchange (employer) and Atec Consultants (consultant).
Purpose of this contract is designing first phase, conducting studies, designing second phase, modeling the project with Autodesk Revit, and doing interior design of the project located at “Opposite NIOC’s Building, Taleqani St, Tehran, Iran”, spreading approximately over an area of 37,000 m2, including 8 basements, ground floor, and 14 floors on top of it.

As soon as design of this project was complete and approved, its construction was put out to tender in Winter, 2022, and its construction has started since then.
